On October 28, 2017, K&W Partner Jim Wagstaffe presented a day-long seminar on state and federal appeals to the Bay Area Legal Forum. Jim provided “how to” tips and descriptions of state and federal appellate practice to a large audience of legal assistants, paralegals, and secretaries. He has been a featured presenter to BALF for over 25 years.
