Personal Jurisdiction and Ford

Jurisdictional expert Jim Wagstaffe has published his analysis of the March 2021 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Ford Motor Co. v. Montana Eighth Judicial District as part of Lexis’ Practical Guidance service. The case is sure to become a must-cite decision in any Rule 12(b)(2) motion, and Jim’s analysis clearly explains its decision in the context of the broader personal jurisdiction rules.

Jim’s article, titled Personal Jurisdiction: Not Built Ford Tough, is available here.
